Shu Qi turns finance from a once-a-month scramble into a clearer operating rhythm for founders.
A Chartered Accountant with Big Four, venture capital, and SME advisory experience, Shu Qi has spent her career close to the money questions founders avoid until they become urgent. At BaoKaLiao, she helps shape AI hires that are practical, financially literate, and useful inside the everyday mess of running a business.

Edward builds for the part most AI demos skip: getting real teams to use the thing every day.
Edward has led AI and automation programs across 18 departments inside a Malaysia-listed company, spanning finance, HR, warehouse, inventory, and operations. His work combines enterprise transformation, operator training, and venture-backed pattern recognition, which makes him especially sharp at spotting workflows that can become dependable AI team members.

Brendan looks for the hidden bottlenecks that can become new products, systems, or leverage.
Trained in Physics at the University of Cambridge, Brendan moved from deep-tech analysis into corporate venture capital, partnerships, and venture studio work across Southeast Asia. He has built founder and builder communities at speed, and brings BaoKaLiao a product-builder's instinct for where value leaks in real operations.
